According to the security enforcement Bulola Andersen the Deputy RCC Nakawa division has told media during an operations he conducted in Nakawa Division that most of the vehicles that police block on the Roads are for the Government agencies while carrying people who are non essentials workers with over 50 of the civil servants who have so far been detained for violating the curfew rules in Nakawa alone.
Bulola has further warned people with stickers to avoid exempting the curfew time saying the law will catch them and their vehicles will be impounded until the following morning as he also explained that Lc1 letter that being given for the emergency shall only work within the district.
However with effect from Tomorrow Road users shall be eligible to access the Road only when they have the stickers issued by the ministry of Works and Transport as the Retail shops and whole sellers have been warned against working beyond curfew time.
